Pricing:
- $3.00 per statute mile - Cessna 421 (6-7 Passenger)
- $2.80 per statute mile - Cessna 404 (Cargo Only)
- $2.20 per statute mile - Cessna 310 (4-5 Passenger / Cargo)
- $40 per hour standby time
- $250 overnight charge
- $250 per day for second pilot
The basic per-mile rate includes all flight time: from our base in Portland, Indiana to the pick-up airport; from pick-up to the destination; and the return to our base. For standby time, when the aircraft is waiting at the destination the charge is $40/hr. Also, during an overnight stay, standby time will be charged between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. An additional $250 charge is added if the aircraft must stay overnight.
A round-trip C-310 flight from Portland to pickup in Fort Wayne, to Midway in Chicago and return to Fort Wayne would be, for example, $860.00, plus any overnight or standby time. For 4 passengers this is only $215.00 each.
A round trip from Dayton to Myrtle Beach in the C310 would be $2,600.00, or $650.00 for 4 people, plus overnight and standby time. In the C421, the trip cost is $3780.00, or $630.00 each for 6 people, plus overnight and standby time. Flight time is approximately 2 hours 40 minutes. Much quicker than most airlines that require a stop along the way!
