Pricing:
- $3.95 per nautical mile plus Federal Excise Tax - Cessna 421 (6-7 Passenger)
- $3.75 per nautical mile plus Federal Excise Tax - Cessna 404 (Cargo Only)
- $2.85 per nautical mile - Cessna 310 (4-5 Passenger / Cargo)
- $40 per hour standby time
- $300 overnight charge
- $300 per day for second pilot
The basic per-mile rate includes all flight time: from our base in Portland, Indiana to the pick-up airport; from pick-up to the destination; and the return to our base. When the aircraft is waiting at the destination for the return flight to the pick-up point, the wait or standby charge is $40/hr. During an overnight stay, there is an additional $300 charge and the standby time is charged between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Landing/Ramp fees are billed at the actual cost.
A round-trip C-310 flight from Portland to pickup in Fort Wayne, to Midway in Chicago and return to Fort Wayne would be, for example, $900.00. For 4 passengers the aircraft cost is only $225.00 each, plus any overnight fees, standby time, and/or landing fees.
A round trip from Dayton to Myrtle Beach in the C310 would be $2,900.00. For 4 passengers, the aircraft cost per person would be $725.00 people, plus overnightfees , standby time, and/or landing fees. In the C421, the trip cost is $4,250.00, or $708.33 each for 6 people, plus overnight fees, standby time, and/or landing fees. Flight time is approximately 2 hours 40 minutes. Much quicker than most airlines that require a stop along the way!
